Bridget is wonderful! Bridget Harvey sold me my first condo in Manhattan. The neighborhood was new to me and she took the time to show me around and made sure I felt comfortable before purchasing. She was there for me through the entire process. NYC real estate can be confusing for first time home buyers but Bridget is a pro and knows great people to help make the process easier. It turned out to be a wonderful investment. When the time came for me to move on, Bridget helped me turn the apartment into an investment property. She made sure to find great tenants who are responsible and a great fit for the apartment. I am hoping to buy another property soon and there is no one else I would go to. Ms. Harvey has done an excellent job. Co-ops that are occupied by rent regulated tenants are a thinly traded product in the New York City real estate market. They are mostly traded among Investors and Landlords who understand and know this part of the New York City real estate market. They are unlike co-ops intended for someone’s primary residence, of which there are many that are bought and sold each year. These co-ops, being a part of such a thinly traded segment of the New York City real estate market, take extra effort on the part of the real estate broker/sales person. Ms. Harvey diligently marketed and exposed these units for sale. She has responded to over one thousand inquiries with patience and professionalism and to date has produced two sales for my company. I and my partners are very pleased with these results and we do recommend Ms. Harvey to anyone who is in the market for New York City real estate, as either a buyer or seller.

My husband and I purchased our first home using Bridget as a buyer's agent. She was absolutely indispensable every step of the way. As first time homebuyers, we had very little sense of what to expect and no question was too big or too small for her to to tackle -- she was always available and eager to help by phone or email.
